Reference Number 0000258125 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/26 02:00:00 PM EDT This scope of work includes for all competent supervision and the supply of all labour, materials, supplies, products, tools, machinery, equipment, consumables, protective equipment and all other services and items necessary to carry out all snow removal at the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. Snow clearing of roadways, pathways, etc. within the project boundaries and movement of the snow to the snow dump areas is to be completed by PCL/ED. Loading of snow from the snow dump areas into this Subcontractor’s trucks is to be completed by PCL/ED. The subcontract with the successful subcontractor will be for one (1) year, with the option to extend year by year, if mutually acceptable. Snow removal service to be provided as an on-call service, PCL/ED to contact this Subcontractor when snow removal is required. This Subcontractor to provide a 2-hour response time, as required, to ensure no operational impacts to the Center Block Rehabilitation Project. All snow removal to be completed during regular day-time hours (6:00am to 6:00pm) including Saturdays and Sundays, however overnight removals may be required as determined and requested by PCL/ED. This Subcontractor to include for the supply and delivery of bulk road salt and/or sand as requested by PCL/ED. Snow removal duration (season) is November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
