The Village of Coatsburg, Illinois is accepting bids for SNOW REMOVAL of Village streets, alleyways, and Village Hall parking areas for winter 2023- 2024. Bids are to be submitted as: 1. "Per Hour of Removal" of snow beginning only when there is at least 3" (three inches) on streets, and 2. An OPTION of: a. Treating the above areas with "SALT" when ICE is present. i. Salt is to be bid as Per Ton Used and ii. A member of the Village Board must approve its use. Contact information of Village Board will be provided to successful bidder. All bids must include a list of available equipment, a copy of current liability insurance and three snow removal references with contact info. The Village is not responsible for mailed bids not delivered. It is the Villages intent to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the above requirements.
