Roscoe Township Founders Park Pavilion Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid is required in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash. An Alternate Bid includes the cost of a Performance Bond and Labor / Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. The Board of Trustees of Roscoe Township reserves the unrestricted right to accept or reject any or all the bids submitted and to waive or not waive all technicalities. The lowest responsible bidder, if considered to be in the best interest of the Township, will be determined by The Board of Trustees of Roscoe Township at a later date and will not be determined on bid day, but will be selected at the regular Roscoe Township Meeting on November 8th, 2023, at 7pm in the Roscoe Township Hall. Roscoe Township does not discriminate in admission, access to, treatment, or employment in its programs and activities. The bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of sixty (60) days after submission. This project is being financed, in part, with funds made available from the State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources "Open Space Lands and Development" (OSLAD) Grant Program. The Roscoe Township encourages 1) minority business firms to submit bids on the approved project, and 2) successful contract bidders to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
