Mississippi County Courthouse Cornice Repair Bid Bond: Supply a Bid Bond in amount equal to 5% of the bid amount to accompany the Bid Form, made Payable to the Owner. Bidders are encouraged to use AIA Document A310, however Bid Bonds executed on Bonding Agency's official documentation will be accepted The Owner reserves the rights to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities. Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors, and shall be licensed before his bid is submitted Project includes all the work necessary to replace missing terra cotta units at the northeast corner of the cornice on the Mississippi County Courthouse in Osceola, Arkansas including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Access to carefully remove loose, damaged & missing pieces of existing terra cotta for the purpose of repairing, resetting and use for new custom molds for matching. 2. Shipping of removed original terra cotta for purposes of new custom molds for matching and coordinating quantities and details necessary for restoring this corner of the existing cornice. 3. Re-installing & resetting repaired terra cotta units at the cornice, including installing replacement units. 4. Re-pointing with mortar adjacent joints in area shown on drawings.
