Project Scope: Construction of a building that will be a one-story wood frame, brick veneer structure of approximately 4,977 square feet. The Contractor to whom the contract is awarded, if awarded, must furnish 100% Performance Bonds and 100% Payment Bonds. Glenn Gregory Architects, 1807 North Patterson Street, Valdosta, GA 31602, phone: (229) 249-8833 fax: (229) 249-9002, or email jggarch@bellsouth.net. No Bidder shall withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the Bid Opening. All bids must be made on the required proposal forms furnished with the Bid Documents, and placed in a labeled envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technicalities in any bid, to award all or any part of the work, and to make an award in its own best interest.
