Durham County Government recently acquired the Shoppes at Hope Valley Shopping Center and is looking to up-fit a few vacant units within the shopping center located at 3825 South Roxboro St. Durham County Government is looking to engage a team of design consultants to provide design services for the up-fits required for use by County departments. Currently, we are working with the following departments/divisions: Project Build – This project will be to relocate the Project Build program to Suite #25 of the shopping center. The Suite is approximately 4,900 square feet and will include office space, meeting space, and general support facilities. Community Intervention and Support Services – This project will be to relocate this recently created department to a yet to be determined suite at the property. Additional design services for this property may be needed if future County needs are determined to be suitable for this location. QUALIFICATIONS The responsible firm in charge of this work must: • Be a Professional Architect • Have at least 3 years of experience in field site remediation. • Have the ability to provide written reports of the field investigation • Be Registered in the State of North Carolina • Have the financial ability to undertake the work and assume the liability
