Subcontractors shall possess a Class A contractors license or a combination of Class C specialty license(s) sufficient to perform the work. Liquidated Damages $1,500 per calendar day is the minimum value of the costs and actual damage caused by the failure of the Contractor to complete the Work within the allotted time.
