Generally speaking, the work includes, but is not limited to, the expansion of the existing park chalet and its interior configuration as well as the reconstruction of its associated facilities. The work also includes construction work on a new exterior ramp allowing access to both levels of the existing chalet. If information on the interpretation of tender documents is necessary, please contact Mr. Martin Angers, Director of the Engineering Department, at the following number: 450 434-1440, ext. 2233. Each submission must be placed in a sealed envelope. The return envelope must be clearly identified with the contract number of this call for tenders, in the lower left corner, and indicating the name of the company submitting it and its legal address in the upper left corner. The City of Sainte-Thérèse undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received without incurring any obligation or cost of any kind to the bidder(s).
