City of Camas (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms with water resource expertise to develop an assessment of the City's wells based on Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) testing completed to date as well as final plans and specification for the design of a PFAS treatment system at Well 13. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A complete risk assessment as it relates to PFAS and the supply of water now and into the future from all of the City's water supply wells including documentation and recommendations to the City for consideration of continued use of the existing well sources. Risk assessment shall include investigations of potential sources of PFAS in the area, coordination with the City's hydrogeologist, and a discussion of potential alternative sources of water if necessary. Assist the City in the evaluation of various types of treatment options and particular equipment that may be necessary for Well 13 (further defined in the more detailed RFQ posted on the City's website).
