Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA), a political subdivision of the state of Ohio, is a regional transit authority created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Sections 306.30 through 306.53. COTA undertook operation of a transit mass transportation system within Franklin County and portions of Delaware and Licking Counties on January 1, 1974. The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is soliciting bids from qualified sources to provide Air Compressor Services for COTA Facilities located at 1600 McKinley Avenue and 1333 Fields Avenue. This contract will commence on or around January 1, 2024, and expire on December 31, 2028. Service to include: (1) Quarterly OEM PM and related materials (machine filters and lubricants) and annual drive belt(s) replacement; (2) time and materials service for repairs related to all compressed air systems; (3) annual compressed air system filter replacement; (4) checking oil level and cleaning of condensate oil-water separators; and (4) parts as needed. COTA will determine the run hours. Warranty for service work minimum 90 days parts and labor. All billing should be done as time and materials. Other equipment or services may be requested by the Facilities Manager or Director. This work shall be done on a time and material basis. The Requestor of work, on a case-by-case basis, shall provide to the Service Technician a description of the scope of work to be performed. The Service Technician shall provide Requestor a written estimate for requested work prior to commencement of work.
