The scope includes approximately 2000 meters of 750mm diameter water transmission main from Sheling Lane to the intersection of Breeze Drive and Waverley Road. TIMELINE: Halifax Water is soliciting proposals for the provision of engineering services relating construction administration services. The Consultant will confirm the work has progressed to the value indicated; the work conforms with the Scope of Work and this Contract; and payment is authorized for the amount certified to the appropriate party. The consultant will provide a review and evaluation of the work for general conformity with the Scope of Work and this Contract; the results of any required tests; correction of deviations detected prior to or after completion of the work that is; the subject of the certificate for payment; and; any specific qualifications stated in the certificate for payment.
