The City of Fenton, Missouri (the "City") seeks bids from qualified contractors for 2023 City Hall Campus Carpeting (the "Project"). The Bid Documents are on file at Fenton City Hall. Bidders must contact the City directly to receive copies of the Bid Documents and provide the City contact information so that the City can ensure that all bidders are notified of any addendums. Bids Should Be Clearly Marked "bid Opening: 2023 City Hall Campus Carpet- Attn: City Administrator". Bids Shall Be Submitted on the Bid Proposal Form Provided. All Work Shall Be Performed According to City Specifications. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, etc. necessary for the removal and replacement of one (1) non-digital, double-sided monument sign located in the front yard of Fenton City Hall with the Plans & Specifications Section herein, all in accordance with the terms and specifications herein (the "Work"). The City of Fenton is seeking bids for new carpeting in two (2) City owned buildings located at 625 New Smizer Mill Road: 1. Fenton City Hall/Police/Municipal Court Building. 2. Community Development Building. One (1) paper copy of the proposal shall be attached to the Unit Price Extension Sheet. A separate proposal shall be provided for each building. The City reserves the right to accept or reject proposals for each building. Alternate Bids are indicated in the Unit Price Extension Sheet. PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES 1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, necessary to remove old carpeting and cove base and install new carpeting and cove base. 2. Quotes shall include all labor, equipment, materials needed to remove and dispose of existing carpeting and cove base and install new carpeting and cove base. 3. If furniture moving is provided, quotes to move furniture shall be provided as a separate line item. This quote is optional. 4. Proposed carpet tile material shall be Mohawk/Aladdin Commercial "Here To There" or "Walk All Over" or equivalent. City to choose the color. 5. Proposed vinyl cove base must be four (4) inches. City to choose the color. NOTE: ALL BIDDERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE MEASUREMENT FOR EACH AREA DURING THE MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING
