A full scope of projects included in the California Hydrogen Hub has not been determined. The hub scope is still under negotiation with DOE. Project Locations: Port of Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach and Oakland. Major power plants in Northern and Southern Californian, Lancaster, CA and on the reservation of the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians.
