Allen School Restoration Project This Bid Requires Satisfaction of Qualifications Indicating That the General Contractor Has Completed Projects of a Similar Scope on Historic Buildings. Failure to Meet the Qualifications Contained Within Will Result in Disqualification of the Prospective Bidder. Bids must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications, must be enclosed in the sealed envelopes bearing the name of the job and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to Ms. Cindy A. Crivaro, RMC, City Clerk, City Hall, 525 High Street, Burlington, NJ 08016, and clearly marked on the outside William R. Allen School R. Allen School Restoration project. It Should Be Further Stated That a portion of the construction cost is being funded by an African-American Civil Rights grant from the U.S. Department of the Interior-National Park Service. Such funding requires the bidder for this project to comply with Executive Order 11246. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Burlington reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the proposal received and to accept the bid which in their judgment will best serve the interest of the City. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq.
