Questions regarding specifications should be directed in writing to Melisa Arnold, City Clerk, at marnold@snellville.org. All bidders must submit with the bid a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check in an amount not less than $5,000.00. The successful vendor will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a performance bond and a payment and materials bond to the City in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Insurance and bonding companies must be licensed to do business by the Georgia Secretary of State, authorized to do business in Georgia by the Office of the Georgia Insurance Commissioner and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-6 or higher. The Bids shall remain valid for a period of 60 days from bid opening. The City reserves the right to waive any formality and any technicalities, and to reject any or all bids if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City to do so. The City of Snellville is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors for the resurfacing and paving of City Roads for FY 2023-2024
