The City of Amarillo is soliciting bids for the purchase of services for vendor to furnish all equipment, labor and materials to complete landscaping tasks per attached specifications. The estimated budget for the project is not to exceed $126,000.00. Six copies (one hard copy marked "original", four hard copies marked "copy", and one USB drive copy containing all PDF's of all submitted documents) of your response containing all items and information required by this Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked with BID NO 7719 PINNACLE PID LONG TERM LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE on the outside of the envelope or box and must be received in the Purchasing Department and time stamped in before 4:00pm on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Central Standard Time to be considered: City of Amarillo Purchasing Department, Room 307 601 S. Buchanan St. Amarillo, Texas 7910 All questions must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the bid due date.
