Canty ES- Domestic HW Heater and Storage Tank Replacement. Provide Labor and Materials: To replace the Domestic Hot Water Heater and Storage Tank Scope: Remove existing water heater and storage tank, dispose of offsite. Remove existing return pump, dispose of offsite. Provide and install a new AO Smith BTR 199 water heater or alike. Provide and install a new 300-gallon ASME storage tank. Provide and install a new return pump. All piping and electrical to be tied into existing. o Contractor to repair/replace piping and electrical as needed for proper operation. Provide and install new isolation valves for equipment. Start up and test for proper operation. Contractor to secure necessary permits. Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris.
