Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the new East Longmeadow High School Project, located in East Longmeadow, MA. The construction delivery method will be CM at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The project involves the new construction of a 191,796 SF High School. East Longmeadow Public Schools is seeking statements of qualifications from interested and qualified firms. Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2024, turnover of the new building in the summer of 2026, and demolition and remaining site work completed by the summer of 2027. The RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Ch. 149A. The East Longmeadow High School Prequalification Committee will evaluate Statements of Qualification (SOQ) in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFQ and will select those firms it deems qualified. Only those firms deemed qualified will be invited to submit a Proposal in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) that will be issued in the second phase of the procurement. PLEASE NOTE: Firms interested in this Project must submit an RFQ Interest Form to Skanska USA Building by email no later than November 1st.
