The work locations are: 1. Provincial Road 265 from east boundary of Municipality of Glenella-Lansdowne to Provincial Trunk Highway 50 2. Provincial Road 569 from Provincial Trunk Highway 50 to Lake Manitoba 3. Provincial Road 567 from Provincial Trunk Highway 50 to Whitemud River 4. Provincial Road 350 from Provincial Trunk Highway 1 to Provincial Trunk Highway 16 5. Provincial Road 242 from PTH 1 to Lynchs Point Completion Model The Contractor Shall Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Pass Kilometer A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 48 Hours Following Notification From the Ca. Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Assigned Project is Complete. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 15, 2024 For the 2023/24 Winter Season, snowplowing and other winter activities will commence on or about November 18, 2023 and will continue until March 31, 2024.
