When an equipment requirement is required, BGIS will send a purchase order to the supplier with the lowest preferential rates for the desired heat pump model. Suppliers must use the preferential rates submitted to BGIS predefined in the contract when making this request. BGIS reserves the right to grant a request to a supplier with less advantageous rates in the event that the delivery time agreed upon when ordering is not met by the supplier offering the lowest preferential rates. Qualified Suppliers must maintain their Qualified Supplier status by meeting contract requirements, including product quality, responsiveness and compliance with preferred pricing. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
