The roads encompassed within this scope of work are as follows: North Hillside Drive, North Fawn Drive, North Westside Drive, North Westview Circle, North Spring Drive, North Best View Drive, North Vista Terrace, North Charmwood Loop, North Deerlane Drive, North Overlook Loop, North Wayside Loop, North Pony Trail Lane, North Pleasure Drive, North Meadow Place, North Maple Drive, Northeast Highland Road, Northeast Viewcrest Street, Highland View Lane, and Northeast Ridgecrest Court. Anticipated quantities include approximately 7,000 linear feet dedicated to ditch reconditioning, 25,900 linear feet for road grading, an equivalent length for road width compaction, 4,100 cubic yards of base course rock, 7 spillway reconditioning locations, 1,155 linear feet for pothole repair, 1,310 linear feet for channeling/rutting repair, 1,555 cubic yards for hauling and disposal, 1,403 tons of asphaltic concrete repair, encompassing patching and overlay, 15 linear feet for culvert replacement, 50 linear feet for culvert cleaning, and 925 linear feet dedicated to brush clearing and widening. All construction methodologies and materials are expected to strictly adhere to the contract's technical specifications and the supplementary Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction (2021).
