This will be unrestricted, full and open competition. Contractors must be registered on the System for Award Management website at sam.gov. Only those vendors registered will be considered. Each bidder's SAM registration will be reviewed by the Government to ensure there are no exclusions or restrictions. All work is to be completed as per the Statement of Work. The successful contractor will provide labor from a qualified technician to make repairs to Bryan Steam Boiler Model# CLM150-S-150-FDG Serial # 98430 . The qualified technician will be paid as per Wage Determination No. 2015-4349 (Preston County). The Contractor's scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Provide and install new pilot burner assembly, new burner plate diffuser, and ignition high voltage cable for the boiler burner. Provide and install two natural gas valve actuators. Dismantle, clean, inspect, and re-assemble the two lower safety cutout controls. Provide and install new sight glasses with new gauge isolation valves. Provide and install new city water float valve assembly with new pressure regulating valve for the boiler feed pump station. Properly dispose of all failed existing parts. Remove and replace all refractory inside boiler. Provide and install new stack bonding type refractory for the entire burner box, includes final spray on refractory coating. Startup and verify proper operation of the new parts and the entire boiler burner. Provide one year warranty on all workmanship, equipment, parts, materials, and supplies.
