This RFQ is prepared to provide an expeditious means to repair, replace, or install water distribution system components on an emergency or as needed basis as determined by the Town. This project is known as Job Order Contract for Water Distribution Repair, Replacement, and Installation Services. All work will occur at locations within Town of Marana or Pima County streets and right-of-ways and/or easements. The work to be completed under this contract shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the work described on the individual job orders. The Town may award a General Services Agreement (job order contract), for a two-year term, thereafter renewable annually, for a period not to exceed five (5) years, to each Contractor accepted to provide services. The Town shall issue a Purchase Order and a Task Order for services as required. Individual job orders should not exceed $250,000.00 unless a waiver is requested of and granted by the Director of Purchasing Technical questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to rtorres@maranaaz.gov. Technical questions will be accepted until, November 7, 2023 at 3:00 p.m No pre-submittal conference is scheduled at this time. All written technical questions regarding this project will be accepted per the instructions in the RFQ. The Town reserves the rights to reject any and all SOQ and/or waive any irregularity or informality in any SOQ, at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. The Town further reserves the right to consider all respondents submitting a SOQ to maintain and to hold all SOQ, including the interest, commitments and availability as indicated in the cover letter for ninety (90) calendar days after the submittal date specified herein.
