To provide Architectural and Engineering Services for Buildings 56 and 57 Remodel Into STEM and Nursing Expansion Project at Broward College North Campus in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of the solicitation. The College is seeking a Florida licensed, qualified, and experienced company capable of providing Architectural and Engineering Services for the North Campus Buildings 56 and 57 Remodel Into STEM and Nursing Expansion Project at Broward College in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this solicitation. A detailed SCOPE OF WORK is outlined in ATTACHMENT A. Awardee shall execute a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to project costs and in accordance with the requirements of Section 255.05 Florida Statutes, as currently enacted or as amended from time to time. In addition to the requirements of Section 255.05, the Surety must be listed on the Department of Treasury's Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570).
