Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Duration: This contract shall extend for a three (3) year term, from February 1, 2024 until January 31, 2027, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon written agreement by both parties. Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. All solid waste collected will be taken to the Fredericton Region Sanitary Landfill Site located at 1775 Alison Blvd, Fredericton, NB, for the communities indicated in Appendix B. In consideration of the Contractor performing the work in accordance with these specifications and to the satisfaction of the Counterpart's representative, the Contractor shall submit thirty-six (36) invoices for each month throughout the three (3) year term of the contract. Invoice dates will be the first of every month. These invoices must equal one-thirty-sixth (1/36) of the 'Total Including All Charges' price detailed within the contract. Payment will be processed on or around the 1st of each month for the previous month's service. The work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials and equipment required to provide the waste removal services outlined in these specifications for the Central York Rural Community Government (referred to as ''the Counterpart'' herein) and shall meet the requirements of the Owner's Representative The Contractor shall not transfer, assign or sell any of its rights under this agreement nor grant any concession or license to any other party whatsoever within or with respect to any of the rights accruing to it under this agreement without the prior written consent of the Counterpart or their Representative.
