Project Location: Town of Summerton, SC Construction of a new 150,000-Gallon elevated water storage tank at the Town of Summerton's Gin Pond Well site, including clearing, grubbing, and grading of the site, construction of a deep pile foundation, yard piping, site and electrical improvements, and all other necessary appurtenances as specified and depicted in the Contract Documents. The base bid also includes work at the Town of Summerton's Goat Island Well including demolition of a hydropneumatic tank and associated yard piping, and construction of new yard piping improvements.
