Project scope consists of the final hook-up of utilities to four new mobile Sponson units and auxiliary equipment. The new units will require hook-ups of power, chilled water, compressed air, and data. The Sponson units will be delivered and in prior to the execution of this scope. The contractor shall provide a turnkey for the project with milestones of 50%, 95%, and 100% stamped/certified drawing submissions (CDRL A013). The , construction, and utility connection of all four Sponsons are included in this effort. The primary work site will be Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division, Crane, IN Building B3330S. QUESTIONS WILL ONLY be accepted in writing and WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER November 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST. Responses to questions and site visit sign in sheet will be posted via www.sam.gov. When the contract price is in excess of $100,000, the penal sum ISO199-23 29 of 65 of the shall be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The shall specifically provide coverage for taxes imposed by the United States which are collected, deducted, or withheld from wages paid by the contractor in carrying out the contract with respect to which such is furnished. Payment bonds are required for contracts in excess of $100,000. The penal amount of payment bonds shall equal one hundred percent of the contract price. The estimated cost of this acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. *The for this project is based on a financial range.
