Division 1 - YPIT Roadway Construction Project is funded by the Economic Development Administration, EDA Award Number 07-79-07874. As a federally funded project, there are contracting provisions and Davis-Bacon wage rates that apply to this Division of the project. This agreement isforservices related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget's Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18, 2022. Division 2 - City of Prescott Water Main Installation Project is funded with local funding sources. The deadline for submittal of Questions by Bidders for formal response by the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe is Wednesday, November 08, 2023 at 3:00 PM. Bid/contract documents, plans, and any other supporting information, in PDF format only, will be available from the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe Planning Office located at 530 E Merritt, Prescott, Arizona 86301, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding, and to withhold the award for any reason that the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe determines to be in their best interests. Native-owned, minority, woman-owned, and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
