Renovations to North Hart Elementary & Renovations to South Hart Elementary The Hart County Board of Education is requesting submittals from interested and qualified Contractors (firms) to perform under the Construction Delivery Method of Construction Management at Risk, and to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for Construction Professional services for the above referenced project. Selection of the CP will be a two-step process. The first step will be a qualification based process and fee evaluation, which will result in the proposers being ranked. The second step will be an optional interview process with the top ranked firms, and fee negotiation process beginning with the top ranked firm. The school system reserves the right to skip the second step if the school system deems sufficient information has been provided in the step one proposals to rank firms. Deadline for written questions/requests for clarification (see Section 7) 11.1.2023 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive technicalities and formalities. No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety days subsequent to the opening of proposals without written consenting approval of the Owner.
