The deadline to ask is 11/01/ 5:00 PM CST Sewer line improvements for the City of Bryson Bids are invited for several items and approximate quantities of work as follows: 1. 1210 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer line 2. 640 LF of 6" PVC sanitary sewer line 3. 8 new sanitary sewer manholes 4. 100 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer line bored across US-380 in a 12" steel casing. The City of Bryson reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Bryson for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Bryson or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond.
