The Asbury Park Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities for Vacancy Prep Unit Turnover Services. A contractor is needed to assist in turning over an estimated 50-75 units each year for new tenants. Any contract awarded will be awarded for a term not to exceed 1 year unless the option to renew for one (1) additional year is exercised by the Board of Commissioners. Time is of the essence and quick turnover on these units is critical. Unit turnaround should be within 10 calendar days or less, which includes coordinating the pest control services of each unit with authority staff unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. For the purpose of this proposal, "Calendar Day" shall include working Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays unless it is deemed in the best interest of the Authority to allow weekend or holiday work. In accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq Any Bid Addenda will be issued to any bidders who have picked up a bid package. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
