Design study to demolish and rebuild the West Roxbury Education Complex as a comprehensive 7-12 school. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), AT 1010 MASSACHUSETTS ANNEX, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority is soliciting the services of a qualified Owners Project Manager (OPM)for the above-entitled project As defined in Massachusetts General Laws M.G.L. Chapter 149, section 44A A(c) and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, to provide Owners Project Management Services (OPM). The scope of the Project includes the design, addition and renovations to the West Roxbury Education Center, located at 1205 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA. The project may have multiple phases, an early demolition package may be procured under C. 149, once programming is complete. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
