South Nation Conservation (SNC) is seeking bids to excavate three ponds on SNC property #49, on Route 300 East in the Nation Municipality. The work is part of a wetland restoration project on the property. The general work required as part of the bid includes: - Installation of a supplied culvert to access the property from Route 300. - Brushing of an existing forestry access road to access the project site. - Excavation of 3 ponds of varying shape and depths. - Placement of spoil piles around the excavated ponds. The work area is defined as South Nation Conservation (SNC) Property 049 (Lot 3, Concession 3, Cambridge) as illustrated in Figure 1. Site Location. The lands adjacent to the west and south of SNC Property 049 are privately owned and are not to be entered.
