Replacement of Two (2) Wheelchair Ramps at One of Our Ada Accessible Residential Homes. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, PA, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each Bid. This project is receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds pursuant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. Consistent with other Federal programs, CDBG requires various Federal laws, regulations, and guidelines the successful bidder and their Subcontractor(s) must comply with including but not limited to: Title VII of the Civil Right Act of 1964 and Executive Order 11246; and 24 CFR Part 75 Section 3. The Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, PA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding when, in the opinion of the CEO or his designee, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
