The Lincoln County Health Department is requesting qualifications for engineering/architect services to assist with renovation of the reception/clinical areas, and with full replacement of the roof. The scope of services may include but is not limited to: market research, master planning preparation of concept plans, engineering/architect design, and questions relating to specialized engineering fields, geotechnical investigations, preparing and submitting necessary permit applications, contract documents, assisting with construction bidding process, construction administration, and construction observation. Information provided to the Lincoln County Health Department must include at a minimum: 1. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to Conceptual planning, site structure evaluation, infrastructure related work; 2. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project; 3. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; 4. The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is locate 5. References from previous clients of related work with the firm within the past 3 years; 6. Documentation of compliance within E-Verify requirements.
