Request for Qualifications The Iberia Parish Airport Authority of Iberia Parish (hereinafter IPAA) seeks Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified interested firms to provide professional Engineering Consultant Services. The project will consist of furnishing all design, bidding, and construction administration services for an approximate 200,000 square foot Maintenance, repair and overhaul hangar (MRO), Aircraft Apron, Automobile Access and Parking, and all related Utilities and Drainage Improvements Associated with the project. The initial phase of the project will bring the design to 30% completion. At this phase, the Authority will determine the best construction delivery method for the project (i.e., Design/Bid/Build, CMAR, Design/Build, etc.). Once a delivery method is determined, the Authority will coordinate any future roles for the selected consultant. Questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed in writing to Mr. Maurice Songy, by e- mail at msongy@iberiagov.net no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Firms wishing to apply must submit a letter of interest and a Qualifications Statement. Failure to provide all requested information may result in the submission being considered non- responsive.
