Construction Range: $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 University Park South Wing Roof Replacement The Work consists of replacing the existing built-up tar/felt roof on the south wing of the University Park building with a single-ply EPDM roof that complies with ASTM D4637, as well as improvements to roof seismic strength and storm drainage. Asbestos abatement is required. Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes Bid security is required to be submitted with each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. State law requires a bid to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Alaska Bidder after bidders preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied. The University of Alaska reserves the right to reject any or all bids, offers, or parts thereof it deems necessary, to waive any informality in the bid or offer received, and to award in the best interest of the University. Construction Range: $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or cashier's check in the appropriate amount. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the maximum amount of the bid.
