The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires construction services for the installation of a Telecommunication Shelter, Radio Frequency antennas including electrical work at the Mont Tanguay, Quebec site. This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached ITT; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2024. There is a security requirement associated with this ITT There is a Mandatory Site Visit included in Phase Two. The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/27.
