NC State seeks to hire a creative MEP designer to renovate the HVAC systems in each of the Tri-Towers (built in 1968); Bowen Hall (53,736 GSF), Carroll Hall (60,752), and Metcalf Hall (72,909). The renovations will focus on outside air makeup and exhaust air systems in each of the buildings, to address moisture intrusion issues. The project may be phased to complete work during the summer break while accommodating campus housing needs during summer camps. Depending upon the phasing strategy, the anticipated completion of the first phase is August 2025.
