The furnishing, installing, and testing of approximately 7,170 linear feet of 4-inch Class 200 SDR- 21PVC HDPE sewer force main by open cut, 300 linear feet of 4-inch Certa-Lok PVC pipe inside of 8" HDPE casing pipe across Enbridge private gas main easement, 630 linear feet of 4-inch AWWA C906, DR-11 (PR 200) HDPE sewer force main by directional bore, combination air and vacuum release valve manhole assemblies, unclassified excavation, backfill, tie-ins, fittings, installing force main in steel casings using tunnel/bore and open cut methods, installing casing pipes by tunnel/ bore method for proposed force main, installing detection tape with tracer wire and tracer stub boxes, new wastewater pumping station including site work, controls, electrical, valves, and working in close proximity with other utilities, stream crossings, no blasting provisions, sediment and erosion control measures, rip-rap streambank stabilization, traffic control, street barricades and signs in accordance with MUTCD, property restoration, pavement restoration, testing, and all other appurtenances and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings The City of Lebanon, Tennessee reserves the right to reject any proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of the notice or of any of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The City of Lebanon, Tennessee further reserves the right to reject all proposals.
