Proposals shall be made upon the forms provided therefore and in accordance with the instructions to bidders and the specifications, copies of which may be secured at the Office of the Department of Public Works. Proposals shall be addressed to the Board of Estimate and Apportionment enclosed in an opaque envelope marked "Proposal" with the title of the project and the name of the bidder and delivered to the Public Works Office, City Hall, 16 James Street, Middletown, NY 10940. The Board of Estimate and Apportionment reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, and to accept the bid which it considers to be in the best interest of the City of Middletown. 5% Bid Bond is required. Labor, Materials, and Performance Bonds will be required prior to contract signing. Prevailing Rate Case #2023012165. WORK DESCRIBED The Contractor shall furnish all the labor, tools, material and equipment necessary to demolish the building at 7 Canal Street, in accordance with the specifications and the City of Middletown's requirements and the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL).
