Questions Due Date: Oct 13th 2023, 11:30 AM CDT Various Trades PLA for work over 25K Provide Labor and Materials: Relocate Furniture, Remove Existing Flooring, Apply Skim Coat, Install commercial grade 12x12 VCT, and Reinstall Furniture in its Original Location for approximately 2,250 sq. ft. which includes the Front Reception Area, Main Office, and Conjoining Offices during Christmas Break 1) Uninstall and Relocate Office Furniture to Designated Location 2) Remove Existing Flooring, Sub-Flooring, Quarter-Rounds, and Thresholds 3) Furnish and install Skim Coat 4) Furnish and install commercial grade 12x12 VCT 5) Strip and rewax floor with at least three coats of wax applied after install. 6) Install Quarter-Rounds 7) Install and Replace Furniture in its Original Location 8) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 9) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 10) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 11) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on a) SECTION 09 30 00 TILING 12) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 13) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 14) Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. 15) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 16) Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 17) All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. 18) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 19) All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing.
