The University of New Mexico (UNM) is soliciting offers from architectural/engineering firms to furnish, provide, and perform the professional design services as described and identified within this Request for Proposal (RFP) invitation. Please read carefully all instructions, specifications, terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the instructions, specifications, terms and conditions of this RFP may result in your proposal being declared non-responsive. The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking qualified architecture and engineering firms to respond to the following Request for Proposal. The University of New Mexico's Duck Pond and surrounding area needs restoration. The project will improve multiple deteriorating systems and facilities that are not accessible, have high maintenance costs, and are of poor environmental quality. The project services will include Programming, Design, and Construction Administration through the warranty period of the Duck Pond and the surrounding area. The project is expected to be completed 20 months after the contract has been awarded. PROJECT BUDGET: The Total Project Budget, including all hard and soft costs, is $4,000,000 The Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) for this project is currently estimated at $3,100,000, which includes NMGRT, contingency and escalation.
