Whatcom County Public Works Department ("County") solicits Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Study. Whatcom County will review the proposals and select the top-rated firm(s) who may be invited for an interview. Whatcom County will award one (1) agreement. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded to the successful consultant in December 2023, for services to begin in 2024. This work will be funded with local funds. Project Background Whatcom County, in cooperation with Whatcom Council of Governments, is seeking written proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a comprehensive electric vehicle infrastructure study for Whatcom County. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities. Whatcom County encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond. All questions regarding this solicitation should be directed in writing via email to Lauren Clemens, Climate Action Manager at LClemens@co.whatcom.wa.us. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
