This is advance notice that the ministry plans to advertise a contract with the production and stockpiling of aggregate with the incorporation of recycled asphalt pavement (rap) into one (1) - base aggregate stockpile to be completed on a pilot basis Description of the procurement Production and stockpiling of aggregate in the vicinity of lucky lake, cochin, north battleford, wilkie, asquith, lloydminster, springwater, kerrobert, brock, rosetown, hafford, maidstone, white bear, and eston; for a total of 19 stockpiles. Question deadline 11/03/2023 Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the bid package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: ministry of saskbuilds and procurement rfxquestions@gov.Sk.Ca One (1) - 2500 tonne base aggregate stockpile on this contract will require the incorporation of 30% rap from an existing stockpile. All clauses in specification 3500 will apply. Completion date: tbd Deposit with each tender - 5% of total bid. Deputy minister of highways Bidders may request a debriefing session from Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement by emailing constructionsbp@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
