It is the Intent of This Invitation to Bid to Establish the Lump Sum Price for the Furnishing Removal and Installation of 6 Furnaces and 4 Ac Units at the Wyoming Department of Transportation, Casper, Wyoming. No bids will be considered which are not submitted on WYDOT proposal forms, signed by a proper official of the bidder and submitted through Public Purchase on or before the time and date specified. Bids received that are password protected or locked and inaccessible will not be considered. Bids received after the time specified will not be considered. Paper, email, or facsimile bids will not be accepted No bids will be considered in which the Proposal, Specifications or any provisions have been modified. Said work shall commence upon notice to proceed and will be completed by April 30, 2024. Contract time will be calculated starting the date the successful bidder is notified to proceed This Contract shall be supervised by a Project Representative. All approvals and directions called for during the life of this contract shall come from the Project Representative listed below: Mr. Ron R eed ,Skilled Trades Manager Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009 ,Telephone No.: (307) 473-3211 Cell No.: (307) 337-5319 E-Mail Address: ronald.reed@wyo.gov Remove and dispose of old equipment All new equipment will be "like for like" to the original equipment Install (6) new American Standard 96% efficient single stage furnaces Install (4) new American Standard AC evaporator coils Install (4) new American Standard AC Condensers Flush existing refrigerant line sets Reuse existing outdoor electrical unless replacement is needed Adapt to existing supply and return plenums Adapt to existing flue piping Adapt to existing gas piping Adapt to existing condensate drain Install digital thermostats as needed All labor is included Provide city/county permit as needed
