This is an advance notice of several potential procurement opportunities for interested Contractors so that advance planning can take place. There are many culvert replacement projects planned to be completed via boring during the 2023/2024 Winter season, some of which are routine projects and some of which are due to unforeseen culvert failures. The result of this is that the next few months will be a busy time for the tendering of culvert projects in northern, central, and southern Saskatchewan. This may include multiple boring tenders closing in the same week as well as some tenders that may be advertised for less than 10 days. The goal is to complete the boring tender process in a way that provides Contractors with adequate time to complete the work. Please note that the information provided in this list is for planning purposes only and is subject to change. The Ministry plans to deliver all these projects, however the contract bundles, culvert lengths, and project details are subject to change. Question Deadline 03/25/2024 Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement RFXquestions@gov.sk.ca Estimated Quantities: TBA Completion Date: Deposit with each Tender - 5% of total bid.
