Description This is a solicitation for construction. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12805B24Q0003 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The associated NAICS Code is 238110 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, requires the Demolition of 6 Walk-in Chambers and Install Concrete Floor. The Contractor shall furnish a detailed technical proposal and detailed pricing proposal. The Government intends to award single firm fixed price purchase orders. The requirements are further detail in the attached Requirements Document. The DELIVERY & INSTALLATION ADDRESS is: USDA ARS PA Integrated Cropping System Resource Building 4 2923 Medary Avenue Brookings SD 57006 DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE: In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by: 1) Providing a completed solicitation document and all attachments as necessary; as well as itemized pricing document showing complete pricing on company letterhead. 2) Included SAM Unique Registration Identity Number 3) Provide minimum of 2 successfully completed government projects within the last 5 years. The Government anticipates award of a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering three major areas: technical acceptance, past performance and price.
