Test/production Well Project - New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program Project No. 1509001-002: the Project Shall Include, but Shall Not Be Limited to, the Following: Installation of a 450 GPM Water Supply Test/production Well to an Estimated Depth of 492 Feet, Including Triple Casing, Pump, Motor, Pipe, Fittings, Valves, Appurtenances, Gauges, Meters, Electrical Controls and Well Testing Necessary for the Complete and Satisfactory Construction, Disinfection, and Testing of the Proposed Water Supply Well. Work Shall Also Include Construction of New Well House, Installation of Approximately 260 LF of 8 Inch Ductile Iron Water Main, 120 LF of 1-inch Water Service From the Main to the Well House, 200 Lf of 2-inch Diameter PVC Pipe for the Electrical Services, 120 LF of 8-inch PVC Sewer Pipe With Two (2) Manholes for the Well Pump Blow Off, Pavement/grass Restoration Over New Main, Pipe and Valves, and Connection of New Well No. 5 Discharge Pipe to Existing Well No. 3 Piping and All Site Restoration. The Bid Receipt Date Will Be at Least 10 Days After the Advertisement Date. The Successful Lowest Responsible Bidder Shall Comply With the Project Plan Developed by the Sponsor to Fulfill SED Utilization Requirements, as Defined in the Small Business Act 15 U.S.C. 637(a) and 637 (D), and Any Regulations Promulgated Pursuant Thereto.
