Scope of Services. Contractor shall include project management services for Pacific Power, Oregon State University campus, and Oregon State University Athletics coordination throughout the project. Contractor shall provide design documents necessary for preliminary Pacific Power coordination, design documents for construction and permits that meet Oregon State University Design and Construction Standards. Provide and install all solar arrays and associated equipment and connection in accordance with the existing solar feasibility study and draft layouts. Provide design and installation of any structural modifications as determined in coordination with OSU to be cost effective and necessary. The Contractor shall include existing conditions review, construction kick-off meeting, bi-weekly coordination meetings, utility coordination meetings, design services and general contracting services.
